From start to finish your customer service and care was first rate. Despite you having less than 24 hours notice to get details of the property into the brochure you still ( kindly) waited for the rain to stop before taking the photographs, in order to do the property justice . Your regular update calls (sometimes in the evenings) were much appreciated and your advice was consistently spot on. Unusually, you did not pass us around either and always answered your phone personally when I called you.

If you want to sell at auction then look no further! The service and guidance that I received from Auction House East Anglia was second to none! In fact it was so good that I think they should set up a consultancy business advising other companies on HOW to provide FIRST CLASS service.
Special mention must go to Gary Davison, who responded extremely quickly (next day) to my intitial enquiry and who then provided valuations, clear guidance, strategy and support throughout the whole process of selling two properties in different tax years. Gary exceeded expectations, often monitoring progress of sales (even post auction) quietly in the background and keeping me fully informed, right through until the money was in my bank account.
