Special mention must go to Gary Davison, who responded extremely quickly (next day) to my intitial enquiry and who then provided valuations, clear guidance, strategy and support throughout the whole process of selling two properties in different tax years. Gary exceeded expectations, often monitoring progress of sales (even post auction) quietly in the background and keeping me fully informed, right through until the money was in my bank account.
I would just like to thank Auction House, and particularly Jenny Austin for all the help and support I have received is selling my building plot at auction.
