Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I have sold a number of my own houses in the past but never through the auction process. It was my brother's property which had become run-down and he was justifiably anxious about putting it up for auction. Dean, from The Auction House, was open, frank and realistic from the start and gave me great confidence throughout the process. The turn-around was efficient, prompt and the advertising to prospective buyers was impressive, attracting a number of interested parties. Although I was concerned about the reserve price being worryingly low, Dean was correct in his prediction as the property sold for more than half as much again.
