The woodland is accessed via an entranceway to the rear of Playing Place Snooker Club, the plot includes the bank which extends around the Snooker Club. The western boundary runs parallel with the A39 with the total plot measuring approximately 1.25 acres however, we would advise interested parties to refer to the legal pack for more information. Our photographs were taken on 16th August and we believe they show accurate images of the land.
