We wanted to express our thanks to the AuctionHOUSE staff for your patience and professionalism.
Since February, when we first saw and fell in love with the flat, it has been a bit of a rollercoaster. When Andrew said he thought this sale and purchase could work we had our doubts. We knew nothing of the auction process and had settled for instructing an estate agent and were in for the long haul of selling.
