Originally this formed a garage site but the garages were subsequently demolished and planning consent for the erection of a pair of semi detached houses was obtained, application number PA/337829/15, the plans for which can be inspected on the Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council Planning Website. However, the proposal included land which no longer forms part of the sale so the planning permission is no longer valid. Interested parties should make their own enquiries with the Local Authority Planning Department to establish that their prosed use of the site is acceptable prior to bidding.
