From Tregaron, head north on the B4340 signposted Pontrhydfendigaid. Proceed through the village over the bridge and past the Red Lion pub and continue for 100 yards taking the right hand exit opposite the village hall. Continue along this road for approximately 1/2 mile passing the primary school on your right hand into the village of Ffair Rhos taking the 1st right hand exit. continue along this road for approximately 1 mile having past Brynmair on your left and Tynfron on your right. Take the next exit left by the sign - Glan Pond. Proceed along this track until it turns into some gravel. Continue up bearing right for 500 yards where the property can be found on the left hand side.
