First time buyer at your auction yesterday and Mark (Willett) helped the whole way, it was nerve wracking but an incredible experience. Thank you for making it easy
Buyer, July 2021After several tyre kickers and eighteen months later we approached Auction House East Anglia (King's Lynn Branch).
When we were at a loss they came to our rescue, Mark Upston was straightforward and honest up front. His perception of what our bungalow would make from Reserve was spot on to the pound. I could not fault Auction House East Anglia (Kings Lynn).
I just wanted to thank you again for going the extra mile for me in achieving a sale of my Mother’s cottage today at auction .
From start to finish your customer service and care was first rate. Despite you having less than 24 hours notice to get details of the property into the brochure you still ( kindly) waited for the rain to stop before taking the photographs, in order to do the property justice . Your regular update calls (sometimes in the evenings) were much appreciated and your advice was consistently spot on. Unusually, you did not pass us around either and always answered your phone personally when I called you.
Please pass on our grateful thanks to all involved, as I appreciate that it will probably have been a team effort behind the scenes – albeit a well orchestrated and seamless one . Mum is very happy with the outcome and glad she took your prudent advice .
After the disappointment and headache of my mother in laws house sale collapsing at the last hurdle, it was suggest that auction maybe the route and the recommendation to go with yourselves has paid us very kindly !
I cannot fault the customer service, attention to detail and advice from Gary Davison and the team. For someone who has never sold through auction it seemed a bit daunting but we had nothing to fear. The guidance and walking us through the process was second to none. Gary went above and beyond to facilitate our auction lot as we live nearly 3 hours away. I can not fault the service we have received at all. Thank you for everyone’s efforts !!!
I am very satisfied with the professional way that Auction House sold my parents property. Being kept informed of progress throughout was much appreciated. The first visit to the property was made by Jenny Austen who briefed me on the whole process and kept in touch with me throughout.
I recommend Auction House for all your property selling needs.
I need to praise you for a well run auction business. Having dealt with other auction houses that set reserves significantly higher than the guide and have little time for their bidders, your relaxed approach without the loss of professionalism was most welcome.
Thank you and the team at Auction House so much for the very helpful and professional way you dealt with the auction sale of my property. The price achieved way exceeded my expectations and I would ask you to send my thanks to the auctioneer who did a splendid job really getting the room going and resulting in such a good result.
I'm afraid I have no more properties to put up for sale but would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone thinking of selling by auction. Again Many Thanks
I want to thank you for your freely given advice, your endless patience and your professionalism.
If the circumstances arise, I will not hesitate to use Auction House again.
I would just like to thank Auction House, and particularly Jenny Austin for all the help and support I have received is selling my building plot at auction.
Jenny is great to work with and we had fun showing lots of viewers (over 40) around the plot. She helped in an unbiased way, answering the many questions, not only from myself but from the buyers too.
I had never sold a property at auction before, and Jenny was extremely helpful by recommending an exultant solicitor who prepared the auction pack for me. I thank her for all her hard work.
Going to Auction has a reputation a little like going out to sea in a small dingy without a paddle...that is unless you are lucky enough to have been introduced to Auction House East Anglia and have the added benefit of being dealt with by one of the UK's most open, honest, intelligent and instinctive auctioneers - Bryan Baxter. l felt absolutely confident and secure with Mr Baxter's advise and suggestions throughout the entire process. When he finally struck the hammer down, the sale price was way beyond what we had hoped for, illustrating that there was no bigging up of potential, that experience proves to be far more valuable and effective than misleading sales jargon and hyper promises, and that auctions can change life for the better without the arduous relationships and usually over-priced charges of estate agents.
