I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a huge thank you for your assistance in securing a sale on Knightstone Court, as you know Westcoast Properties had been marketing this property for a number of months and at the point we spoke initially we have had two sales abort due to the issues with its short lease. On both occasions sales had been agreed at £70,000. Once the owners agreed to the auction route the process was very straight forward. As you know the property generated a good deal of interest and on the evening achieved £77,000, £7,000 more than we had previously achieved and a whole lot quicker with the property exchanging on the night and a completion 4 weeks later.

I have known Peter and David Beddoe for a long time and have used them very successfully in the past with a number of auction sales. Each sale was successful in achieving an outcome greater than expected – in one case considerably more than was expected. I have also bought through their auction room and made a number of private treaty purchases through their office.
The most recent sale was of a rank of 23 lock up garages in Staple Hill and Peter gave me good advice in splitting the lot to achieve a better result. The national coverage of Auction House brought a wide range of interest to the two lots and the result was better than forecast – so very pleasing. Most importantly I have always had personal and attentive customer service from both Peter and David which has been greatly appreciated.
