CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19):
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, our auctions shall be held as a live stream auction event (unless stated otherwise). We are unable to carry out our usual 'Open House' viewings, however viewings can be arranged on an appointment based system, by contacting our office on 01246 232698. We ask that all viewers maintain two metres social distancing between themselves and the team member at the viewing, and viewers are required to wear a face covering upon entering the property (unless they have a valid exemption). It is vital that our office is made aware as soon as possible if you or anyone within your household are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus, or are contacted by NHS Track and Trace, as the viewing will need to be cancelled and re-arranged for after the appropriate isolation period. Where a property is occupied, we shall always try and make arrangements for viewings to be carried out, however prospective purchasers are advised that this may not always be possible.
During the second national lockdown, our team can still be contacted as usual via the telephone and via email. Our office will also remain open during this period, however anyone wishing to visit our office MUST telephone ahead to arrange an appointment. Our team may be able to deal with the matter through alternative methods, such as through email, where appropriate. If an office visit is required, visitors are required by law to wear a face covering at all times (unless they have a valid exemption).
