CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19) UPDATE:
During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our auctions have been carried out as Live Stream auction events and this shall continue until further notice. Our team are continuing to carry out viewings on an appointment based system, rather than the previous 'Open House' based system. Our team shall continue to wear face coverings during viewings and whilst the wearing of face coverings is no longer a legal requirement, we are asking and encouraging all prospective purchasers to carry on wearing them during their viewing, particularly if the property they are viewing is occupied. Where a property is occupied, we shall always try and make arrangements for viewings to be carried out, however prospective purchasers are advised that this may not always be possible. It is vital that our office is made aware as soon as possible if you or anyone within your household are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus, or are contacted by NHS Track and Trace, as any viewing will need to be cancelled and re-arranged for after the appropriate isolation period.
As always throughout the pandemic, our team can still be contacted as usual via the telephone and via email. Our office also remains open, however anyone wishing to visit our office MUST telephone ahead to arrange an appointment. Our team may be able to deal with the matter through alternative methods, such as through email, where appropriate. If an office visit is required, visitors are advised to wear a face covering, in line with the current guidance.
