Since February, when we first saw and fell in love with the flat, it has been a bit of a rollercoaster. When Andrew said he thought this sale and purchase could work we had our doubts. We knew nothing of the auction process and had settled for instructing an estate agent and were in for the long haul of selling.
However, our doubts went when your team took over. From the advertising and virtual tour, so well done, to the efficient viewings. Lots of contact, always available with good sound advice.
Therefore, just 11 or so weeks after the first sight of the flat we are on the move. After 41 years in our present home this has not been easy, but it could have been so much worse.
