I rang Auction House (Manchester) about a property I had seen and spoke to Yvette Taylor. She arranged a viewing the same day at the time I asked for and conducted the viewing as agreed. She also concluded fairly extensive negotiations, agreed a deal, had the contract signed and completed, checked ID and had solicitors in place for completion with in 24 hours of my initial phone call to make a viewing!
Best service I have ever had from an estate agent/auction house. Service was fast and efficient with almost instant responses to e-mails. Will definitely contact Yvette next time I am in the property market and highly recommend the service that she provided.
