The covenants indicate that the “Transferor” or their successors in Title are able to dictate the location of the parking areas and the bin stores on giving reasonable notice of such a decision. The requirement for the Transferees to have access and egress to and from the property from the public highway can indeed be relatively limited. The “agreements and declarations” section of each Transfer also provides rights for selling part or whole of the rest of the estate for whatever purposes “the Transferor” sees fit, at their discretion.
