Springfield House was a large detached bungalow set in and including approximately 3.5 acres of land prior to being subject to fire damage in the late 1960s. The property has been vacant ever since with foundation brickwork visible and a small proportion of the original superstructure remaining. The land is located in Scarcroft, one of Leeds most sought after villages with the main entrance being via a wide gateway with dropped curb directly off the A58 Wetherby Road. As the structural integrity of the property has not been assessed for many years, we regret that interested parties will be unable to enter the site prior to the auction. There is a tree preservation order on the site and interested parties should be aware that the images provided are artists impressions only. There are no planning permissions in place on the site.
