This was previously the site of a tannery which included four buildings and vats (circa-1860s). The use of the site as a tannery is understood to have ceased in the early 1900s. It is generally flat, sloping upwards along the northwestern boundary and comprises two redundant buildings and is bound by shrubbery and brick walls to the north and west, with metal and wooden fences to the east and south.
