Yes, you can buy an unsold property after auction but you might need to act quickly. Interested buyers in the auction will be invited to make post auction offers after the sale has finished. If this comes in at or above reserve, then the auctioneer will be able to authorise exchange of contracts under auction rules. After auction day, unsold lots will be pitched to the auctions team database of buyers as well as those who have previously expressed an interest in the property or downloaded the legal pack.
