As the first member to join the Auction House network, we held our first auction in July 2007 under the banner Auction House Drewery & Wheeldon and since then have experienced increased success which has led to our expansion and name change to Auction House Lincolnshire.
We have developed an excellent reputation throughout Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire for offering a wide range of professional advice and strong personal service in the sale of all types of property and land.
We offer at auction a wide variety of property types covering residential, land, commercial, investment and agricultural sectors. Many are vacant for improvement, others tenanted or for development. Price Information

*Guides are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Each property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.
