You will be delighted to know Mum's property sold today for £206,000 and my siblings and I are over the moon with delight! Charles Lovell and his team (Fiona and Marion) have done a splendid job of getting everything sorted and sold in 24 days from taking us on, very impressive and I shall be writing to Charles separately in due course. I know we still have 4 weeks of baited breath and suspense up to completion but this result has lifted a great weight off the whole family in terms of definite progress, let alone the price achieved.

Having just received your phone call with the news of the sale of our land at Box End, I write to express my delight at the very successful outcome. When my sister, Joanna, and I met you on June 17th, your explanation of the process of selling by auction, something which we found rather daunting, was very clear and left us in no doubt that this was the best way to proceed. As the auction was to take place on August 8th, the shortage of time was a bit of a challenge to me but you were always available to answer my queries and settle any anxiety I felt. You also had to cope with difficult neighbours!!
