You will be delighted to know Mum's property sold today for £206,000 and my siblings and I are over the moon with delight! Charles Lovell and his team (Fiona and Marion) have done a splendid job of getting everything sorted and sold in 24 days from taking us on, very impressive and I shall be writing to Charles separately in due course. I know we still have 4 weeks of baited breath and suspense up to completion but this result has lifted a great weight off the whole family in terms of definite progress, let alone the price achieved.

I was a bit worried at first when the Auctioneer had to drop the starting price to £30,000 to get things on the move, but then pleasantly surprised when the auction 'took-off'. £69,000 was an excellent result, and I am more than pleased about that. Excellent service, sold by auction a 5 acre grazing field on behalf my mother-in-law. From instruction date, field auction signs were up, with first local advertising in place within 10 days; within another 27 days the field had been very successfully auctioned, with the price achieved being more than 3 and half times the published guide price. My mother-in-law was exceptionally pleased with £23,400 per acre sale proceeds for what was a sheep field.
