Auction house Cumbria originally operated under the Auction House Tiffen & Co name. As the success of the auctions grew and lots started being entered from all parts of the county it was decided to operate as Auction House Cumbria in order to provide the county’s auction solution.
This is proving successful taking lots from individual owners and developing introducer relationships with other property professional throughout the county such as Estate Agents and Solicitors. Sale numbers have grown with success rates averaging out at over 80%.
Auction House Cumbria sell a wide variety of property types covering the residential, land, commercial, investment and agricultural segments. Many are vacant for improvement, others tenanted or for development.
We are expert advisers and guide vendors as to the most appropriate method of sale which could be by Formal or Informal Tender, Invited Offer, Private Treaty or Auction.
