The Boat has been used as occasional main residence whilst being moored at Bells Marina, Brundall, and was purchased by the current owners in 1972 for £50,000. Purchasers will need to liaise with Bells Marina for an extension of the Mooring rights, further details available from the auctioneers. This impressive boat has a spacious salon with galley kitchen, up to 6 berths including 2 separate shower rooms, and although some restoration is required the boat offers an outstanding opportunity to own a classic and highly sought after vessel. The boat is currently moored in the water at Bells Boats Ltd, Dale Road Brundall and viewing is therefore strictly by appointment only.

Note

The engines and equipment on board have not been tested and although we are not aware of any significant defects purchasers would need to satisfy themselves regarding the condition of the boat and equipment.
