Having seen recent local history of excellent results from auctions run by Auction House East Anglia, I asked them to sell a parcel of land for me. From start to finish the process was efficient and simple. The price achieved exceeded the guide price I was quoted, and my expectations! If I have any more small parcels of land to sell in future, I would definitely use Auction House again.

Wow! Impressive!
If you want to sell at auction then look no further! The service and guidance that I received from Auction House East Anglia was second to none! In fact it was so good that I think they should set up a consultancy business advising other companies on HOW to provide FIRST CLASS service.
Special mention must go to Gary Davison, who responded extremely quickly (next day) to my intitial enquiry and who then provided valuations, clear guidance, strategy and support throughout the whole process of selling two properties in different tax years. Gary exceeded expectations, often monitoring progress of sales (even post auction) quietly in the background and keeping me fully informed, right through until the money was in my bank account.
