Selling my building plot
I would just like to thank Auction House, and particularly Jenny Austin for all the help and support I have received is selling my building plot at auction.
Jenny is great to work with and we had fun showing lots of viewers (over 40) around the plot. She helped in an unbiased way, answering the many questions, not only from myself but from the buyers too.
I had never sold a property at auction before, and Jenny was extremely helpful by recommending an exultant solicitor who prepared the auction pack for me. I thank her for all her hard work.

Wow! Impressive!
If you want to sell at auction then look no further! The service and guidance that I received from Auction House East Anglia was second to none! In fact it was so good that I think they should set up a consultancy business advising other companies on HOW to provide FIRST CLASS service.
Special mention must go to Gary Davison, who responded extremely quickly (next day) to my intitial enquiry and who then provided valuations, clear guidance, strategy and support throughout the whole process of selling two properties in different tax years. Gary exceeded expectations, often monitoring progress of sales (even post auction) quietly in the background and keeping me fully informed, right through until the money was in my bank account.
