A potential building plot for a two storey dwelling awaiting determination of nutrient neutrality issues.

Following an application for a consent for a residential dwelling within the gardens of 9 Cheyham Mount a delay has been encountered due to the current Nutrient Neutrality issues within Norwich City Council. We understand this remains the outstanding issue and although no specific timescale has been confirmed it is hoped that a resolution should be possible by October 2024. Once this has been established Norwich City Council have indicated there should be a positive outcome to the application. Purchasers should make their own enquiries of the relevant authorities regarding timing and success of the proposed application.
