36.47 acres (14.76 hectares stms) of amenity land in the heart of rural Cambridgeshire
A rare opportunity to acquire 36.47 acres (14.76 hectares stms) of amenity land. It comprises three fields separated by two drains and is fallow. We are informed it was last cropped with sugar beet over ten years ago. The land is classified as 3 on the Land Classification Soil Series of England and Wales. It is not included in any Agri-Environment Schemes and does not benefit from irrigation nor an abstraction licence. The land falls within a designated Nitrate Vulnerable Zone. Access to the land is via a restricted byway off Old Fen Bauk Byway. On instruction of executors.
