With that bottle of Champagne now a distant but pleasant memory, it is time I wrote to express how enormously grateful I am to you for your tole in the very successful auctioning of Mum's house on April 11th.
I would like to thank you for your professional guidance and educated advice; having talked me through the process in plain English before I made the commitment to auction, I considered myself well-versed regarding guide prices, maximising bidders, deciding on a reserve price and so on, from the start of the process.
