When he finally struck the hammer down, the sale price was way beyond what we had hoped for, illustrating that there was no bigging up of potential, that experience proves to be far more valuable and effective than misleading sales jargon and hyper promises, and that auctions can change life for the better without the arduous relationships and usually over-priced charges of estate agents.

Despite you having less than 24 hours notice to get details of the property into the brochure you still ( kindly) waited for the rain to stop before taking the photographs, in order to do the property justice . It is a truth universally acknowledged that, when you are buying a property, the price is too high, but when you are selling, the price is too low. However, on this occasion, Auction House was the voice of reason, and we achieved a compromise. The agents worked very hard showing the property, and the sellers are pleased with the result.
