With that bottle of Champagne now a distant but pleasant memory, it is time I wrote to express how enormously grateful I am to you for your tole in the very successful auctioning of Mum's house on April 11th.

Of all the new and stressful experiences I faced during the execution of Mum's estate, the one which was potentially the most daunting and problematic was the sale of the house and yet, with you at the helm, it could not have been easier.
