We had a small building plot to sell. Oliver Prior dealt with the sale of it for us. He gave us professional advice prior to the auction. The reserve price was not quite reached and he successfully negotiated on our behalf after the auction to secure a sale at the best possible price. Oliver worked very hard on our behalf and we would definitely recommend Auction House.
