The voice of reason
It is a truth universally acknowledged that, when you are buying a property, the price is too high, but when you are selling, the price is too low. However, on this occasion, Auction House was the voice of reason, and we achieved a compromise. The agents worked very hard showing the property, and the sellers are pleased with the result. The buyers are 'delighted' and it is good that the cottage will soon be in new hands. Thank you Jenny and your team

I appreciated your cooperation with making the keys available, so that I could arrange visits for the Heating Engineer and also the Structural Engineer. These surveys helped reduce uncertainty and risk which gave us more confidence at the auction.

After the disappointment and headache of my mother in laws house sale collapsing at the last hurdle, it was suggest that auction maybe the route and the recommendation to go with yourselves has paid us very kindly !
I cannot fault the customer service, attention to detail and advice from Gary Davison and the team. For someone who has never sold through auction it seemed a bit daunting but we had nothing to fear. The guidance and walking us through the process was second to none. Gary went above and beyond to facilitate our auction lot as we live nearly 3 hours away. I can not fault the service we have received at all. Thank you for everyone’s efforts !!!

We had a small building plot to sell. Oliver Prior dealt with the sale of it for us. He gave us professional advice prior to the auction. The reserve price was not quite reached and he successfully negotiated on our behalf after the auction to secure a sale at the best possible price. Sale of Mother's House
With that bottle of Champagne now a distant but pleasant memory, it is time I wrote to express how enormously grateful I am to you for your tole in the very successful auctioning of Mum's house on April 11th.
I would like to thank you for your professional guidance and educated advice; having talked me through the process in plain English before I made the commitment to auction, I considered myself well-versed regarding guide prices, maximising bidders, deciding on a reserve price and so on, from the start of the process. The information you provided was realistic and sensible an, with your regular updates and liaising, I felt that, far from playing a peripheral role, my input was valued at every stage.
Of all the new and stressful experiences I faced during the execution of Mum's estate, the one which was potentially the most daunting and problematic was the sale of the house and yet, with you at the helm, it could not have been easier.
