Very occasionally, if there are many more buyers than usual, and more than the auctioneer expected, they may ask that space is made available as a priority to those wishing to bid. Potential future auction customers, both buyers and sellers, often attend an auction to find out what it is like, how it works, and whether auction is the right method for them.
