Record Lots in Auction House East Anglia’s Property Auction

26.04.2023

We’re pleased to report Auction House East Anglia are due to sell a record number of lots in their upcoming auction.

Currently, 103 lots are going under the hammer on 4th May 2023, and even more are being entered into future sales in June and July.

Bryan Baxter, Director and Auctioneer at Auction House East Anglia, commented: “This is very positive news as more and more people are understanding the efficiency of selling under auction rules“.

If you’re not familiar with the auction process, we sell land, residential and commercial property via traditional or unconditional auction, which means the property has a reserve price and interested parties compete to achieve the winning bid.

The auction can be watched via a livestream, with buyers placing their bids online, over the phone or by proxy, where an Auction House representative bids on your behalf.

There are several advantages to selling your property at auction, including speed of sale, a reserve price that is agreed upon before bidding starts, completion in 20 business days and the expertise of the Auction House team to secure you a sale.

Likewise, buyers also benefit from the transparent bidding process, the opportunity to purchase a property at a competitive price and the support of an expert team with extensive knowledge of the auction process and local property market.

Auction House East Anglia’s upcoming property auction takes place next week, on 4th May 2023, so there is still time to browse the current properties for sale by auction and make an appointment to view any that interest you.
