We just want to thank you for all your help during the auction sale of our property. We were surprised and delighted that the house sold for almost 25% over the reserve price and in fact was only £6000 under the price at which the estate agents were previously advertising the property.

"Would buy at auction again"

My wife and I enjoyed the experience of the auction. Numerous staff were available to offer friendly advice and there support was appreciated. It was an enjoyable experience but nerve wracking during our bidding.
We can only commend the Auction House team in all aspects of our visit to the auction, our visit to view the property and the required details provided on site, information supplied prior to our visit to the auction and all the congratulations on our successful winning bid and the help and advice given post auction.
