Excellent service, sold by auction a 5 acre grazing field on behalf my mother-in-law. From instruction date, field auction signs were up, with first local advertising in place within 10 days; within another 27 days the field had been very successfully auctioned, with the price achieved being more than 3 and half times the published guide price. My mother-in-law was exceptionally pleased with £23,400 per acre sale proceeds for what was a sheep field.
