Superb service from Auction House Scotland! The sale was a bit different in that we were two separate owners that wanted to sell both flats together as a development opportunity. We had explored a variety of options but never considered placing the flats for auction. We signed up to Auction House Scotland (AHS) on 29th January 2014. They produced a fantastic turn around and the flats were sold at the next auction two months later. We were surprised and delighted at the speed at which the marketing campaign took off and the number of viewings arranged with groups of prospective buyers.
