Now in its 13th year, the Scottish Property Awards recognise the strongest contributions across the commercial and public property sectors, highlighting innovation, community impact, architectural excellence and sustainable development across Scotland.

These shortlisted projects represent the very best in public facing development, from educational campuses to community health and learning hubs, showcasing a rich diversity of design, collaboration and public benefit.
