Auction House Scotland is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Development of the Year (Public Buildings) award at the prestigious Scottish Property Awards 2026, celebrating outstanding achievements in Scotland’s built environment.

Now in its 13th year, the Scottish Property Awards recognise the strongest contributions across the commercial and public property sectors, highlighting innovation, community impact, architectural excellence and sustainable development across Scotland.

This year Auction House Scotland will sponsor the Development of the Year (Public Buildings) category, championing exceptional projects that transform communities and enhance public spaces. This award shines a spotlight on developments that deliver civic value, architectural distinction and lasting contribution to Scotland’s towns and cities.

The finalists for the Development of the Year (Public Buildings), sponsored by Auction House Scotland, are:

  • Dunfermline City Campus - Balfour Beatty and Fife College
  • Parkhead Hub, Glasgow - Hub West Scotland & NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
  • Currie Community High School, Edinburgh - Kier Construction & City of Edinburgh Council
  • Tain Campus, Tain - Kier Construction & Highland Council
  • The Monifieth Learning Campus, Dundee - Procurement Hub, Robertson, Angus Council & NORR Consultants
  • The Macmillan Community Hub, Edinburgh - Robertson, City of Edinburgh Council & Richard Murphy Architects

These shortlisted projects represent the very best in public facing development, from educational campuses to community health and learning hubs, showcasing a rich diversity of design, collaboration and public benefit.
