This month we sold a Lot in Polegate, East Sussex for a registered charity for £281,500 on an original guide price of £190,00-£200,000
We had offers prior to Auction of circa £250,000 and although this level was tempting to sell at we advised the Charity to go to the room in order to prove best price.
We ended up with another £30,000 +
