Auction House has been named Auction House of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026, a title we are very proud to bring home.
The award belongs to the whole of Auction House. Every auction, every lot and every client result behind it reflects the care our teams take with each sale, wherever they are in the country.
It has been a year of measurable performance. Across the first eight months of 2026, the network grew lots sold by over 10% and total funds raised by more than 13%, compared with the same eight months of 2025, and it did so through a summer when the market was facing significant headwinds and buyer sentiment was low.
