'Tis the season of giving, and we at Auction House Scotland are thrilled to announce our collaboration with the Glasgow Spirit of Christmas Charity, embarking on a mission to ensure that every child in our community experiences the joy of Christmas with a gift to unwrap and a hearty dinner.
Glasgow Spirit of Christmas: A Decade of Making a Difference
Now in its 10th year, the Glasgow Spirit of Christmas campaign has been a beacon of hope, supporting local children facing hardship or living in poverty across various regions, including North and South Lanarkshire, Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, Ayrshire, Argyll & Bute, and East Renfrewshire. This year, the initiative holds the potential to reach even more children and communities, all made possible through the collective support of individuals and organizations.
No child should miss out on the magic of Christmas, and together with Glasgow Spirit of Christmas Charity, we're determined to make sure they have a gift to unwrap and a festive meal to enjoy.
Reflecting on the success of the previous year, where the community came together to assist over 19,000 children in waking up to a 'Gift Made with Love' and feeling included on Christmas Day, Auction House Scotland is rallying for support. The goal is clear: to protect and bring the magic of Christmas to disadvantaged local children, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
How You Can Make a Difference:
In the spirit of generosity, Auction House Scotland has set an ambitious target of raising £1,500 for the children in need. This amount will go towards providing them with not just material gifts but also the priceless gift of a memorable Christmas experience.
Anything you give, however big or small, will make a difference and we will match every donation made.
To contribute and become a part of this heartwarming initiative, interested individuals can visit the dedicated JustGiving page created by Auction House Scotland.
