Thank you so much for the assistance you gave me prior to the auction, and we were delighted with the figure you were able to achieve.
This was my first auction, and found it fascinating.
Thank you for making the selling of my mother-in-laws property so easy and quick. You and your team did a wonderful job, thanks again

A huge thank you for all your efforts at the auction today. We were thrilled, delighted and a little surprised at the final price. Please pass on our thanks to all the team as well. Hope you won the Easter egg sweepstake! Regards.Ms H P. Romsey
Just to say a really big thank you for auctioning the house for us.
So pleased with the outcome.
And so grateful for the personal support you gave us both.
My mother and I recently sold a house near Eastleigh at auction. We were lucky enough to have Toby Wheatley of Pearsons acting for us.
As we are living in Surrey and my mother is bedbound, it was not possible for us to meet with Mr Wheatley in person, but he organised everything for us and made the process easy.
This would have been enough in itself to merit our thanks, but there was much more.
Some time before the auction was due to take place some distant relatives and a local person raised difficulties which could have seriously impaired the sale. At the same time my mother suffered a stroke which meant that my energies were very much diverted to her and I was in no fit state to deal with any other problems.
Mr Wheatley took the whole burden upon his own shoulders, dealt with the troublesome parties, the solicitors and the supposed problem. While keeping me informed at every stage, he kept all the problems and people away from me so that I could concentrate on my mother.
I shall forever be in his debt for his skill, his professionalism and even more so for his humanity. I am more grateful to him than I can possibly say and am glad to have the opportunity to thank him for being a rock in what was a really hellish situation.
May I just say many thanks for the superb service we received from your firm throughout the sale at auction of the garages at Trafalgar Place, Fratton.
Please convey our thanks to all concerned.
My wife and I would just like to thank you both most sincerely for the way in which you handled this property sale with your "long distance trustees". We greatly appreciated the proactive and efficient way you kept the process moving while explaining things where necessary and keeping us "in the loop". We felt that the way in which you both communicated with us was outstanding. Since my wife and I are neophytes when it came to auctions and UK Real Estate, we were most grateful for your advice on how best to remain patient as the pre-auction process proceeded. We were very pleased with the final result, which turned out to yield a higher price than we had hoped. Other than the emotional toll, the whole sale process was a lot less stressful than either of us had anticipated. So, again, thank you both most sincerely for your help and advice. With kind regards.Mr and Mrs D B. Denmead
